Mark & Aimee’s FortWhyte Alive wedding in Winnipeg

Winnipeg, Manitoba wedding photography

On Saturday, August 7th, 2010 I had the pleasure of photographing Mark and Aimee’s wedding at FortWhyte Alive in Winnipeg. You may remember them from their engagement session at The Forks back in March.

Winnipeg Manitoba family photography

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m very fortunate… I live right between Winnipeg’s Bruce Park and Assiniboine Park, on a quiet little street surrounded by trees. The Arnold Family – Thompson, MB lifestyle photography

I met the Arnold family at their home in Thompson, Manitoba and we headed to the nearby Millennium Trail for a family photo session. The Millennium Trail is a great location for photography; at 15 kilometres in length, you’re guaranteed to find a scenic place to work, regardless of the time of day or season. I’d never been on this section of the trail and was pleasantly surprised with the diversity of the landscape over such a short distance.
